1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms of services govern your access to and use of Heho.ai. By using Heho.ai, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are effective as of March 7, 2026.
2. Service description
Heho.ai is currently a private lyrics workspace. It provides tools to create, edit, organize, and export lyrics, including AI-assisted features. Heho.ai currently does not provide a public lyrics publishing feature.
3. Eligibility and account security
You must be at least the age of majority where you live and able to enter a binding agreement. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and organization credentials. You must promptly notify us at support@heho.ai if you believe your account is compromised.
4. Private workspace model
Your lyrics and project content are private by default. Content is visible to your account and authorized workspace collaborators. We do not have an obligation to make any content publicly discoverable.
5. User content ownership and license
You retain ownership of content you create or upload, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. You grant Heho.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your content solely to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service. This license ends when your content is deleted from active systems, subject to backup, legal, and security retention limits.
6. AI-assisted output notice
AI-generated or AI-assisted output may be similar for different users. Heho.ai does not guarantee uniqueness, non-infringement, or legal protectability of any output. You are responsible for reviewing content before commercial or public use.
Heho.ai may use your prompts, inputs, outputs, and related usage data to operate, train, improve, and evaluate service features, including AI-enabled features, directly or through third-party AI infrastructure providers.
7. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
You may not use Heho.ai to:
- violate law or third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or publicity rights;
- impersonate others, commit fraud, or submit deceptive content;
- create or distribute unlawful, abusive, or harmful material in violation of applicable law;
- interfere with or attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or abuse service infrastructure;
- bypass usage limits, billing controls, or security measures.
8. Copyright complaints
If you believe content in Heho.ai violates your copyright, contact support@heho.ai with sufficient detail to investigate. We may remove or restrict access to disputed content while we review a complaint. We may apply a repeat-infringer policy where appropriate.
9. Plans, billing, and renewals
Paid features are provided under the plan you select. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. You authorize recurring charges for your subscription until cancellation. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable and credits have no cash value. If payment fails, we may downgrade, suspend, or limit access until payment is resolved. Payment processing is provided by Stripe, and your use of payment features is also subject to Stripe's terms and policies.
10. Third-party services
Heho.ai depends on third-party providers for services such as authentication, billing, hosting, and AI infrastructure. Those providers may have separate terms and policies that apply to your use of their services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control. This includes providers such as Clerk (authentication), Stripe (billing), and other infrastructure and AI providers used to operate the service.
11. Service availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. We may set usage limits and perform maintenance that affects availability. Where practical, we provide notice of material changes.
12. Disclaimers
Heho.ai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that the service will meet all expectations.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heho.ai and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Heho.ai in the 12 months before the claim.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for terms violations, legal requirements, security risk, abuse, or prolonged non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time. After termination, data access may be limited, and deletion may occur according to retention requirements. You should export your content before terminating an account if you need a retained copy.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in that same jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise. Before formal action, both sides agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting support@heho.ai.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app, email, or both. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
